Payments & Discounts

 

Dean McBeath will price up your job required and will price accordingly which will include:

 

Labour x: Number of men required to undertake your job.

Tax: This will be charged at a standard rate of 20%.

Materials: This will be priced accordingly to materials required inc V.A.T

Paper work: If required this will be arranged with required bodies. ( architect/structural engineer etc Warrants and documents: Where required these will be price for in your estimation/quoation.

 

All prices will be researched to give best possible pricing.

All Deposits are non-refundable.

Payments of deposits will be taken for any materials required for your job or any additional costs. usually taken by bacs transfer.

Final payments will be required on job completion, or after phases have been completed.

We accept all form of payment.

Bacs, paypal, cheque, cash.

 

Final payment to be made within 24 - 48 hours of job completion.

 

Discounts:

 

20% Discount: O.A.P, Emergency services, Immobile & Disabled.

10% Discount: Student discount, Return customer.

These discount cannot by used with any other offer!!!!
